 Please be advised that the Northumberland Borough Council will discuss the proposed U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) 287(g) Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the upcoming August council meeting.

 The 287(g) program is a federal initiative that allows local law enforcement agencies to partner with ICE, delegating specific immigration enforcement authority to designated local officers.
